Picks
Picks are often overlooked but can make a ton of difference in performance, tone and inspiration.
My picks were designed using Autocad Fusion 360 and cut on a Onefinity CNC. They are hand beveled and polished one at a time.
Acrylic guitar picks are used by professionals such as Billy Gibbons. These picks have the property of sticking to your fingers so they will not slip and move around while playing. This is a huge advantage! They have excellent attack and more mass than typical picks. They produce full sounding notes with big, tight bass. They are also extremely durable. The fact that they look killer is a bonus. They are thicker than traditional picks making them easier to grip, but since the edges are beveled to a fine edge, they perform like thinner picks. Picks can have a polished, shiny edge to glide over the strings or an unfinished edge for a stronger attack and more volume. The unfinished strings can be used to slightly bow the string when picking.
